So, don't get me wrong, I love my husband and am very happy to be out of the dating scene. However, that is probably partially because we never met anyone like this when we were bar hopping and scamming for men. And, while Misty always claimed that we were missing out on all the hot, rich men by never going to Star Bar, we definitely found out a few weeks ago that that was, indeed, not the case. On the other hand, this new bachelor is gainfully employed, cute and described as a "pretty cool dude". Not to mention the free drinks you'd score every time you went downtown.

It's true; I was wrong about Star Bar. But the person who told me that it was full of hot rich men was 10 years older--so maybe back in her day, that WAS the place to hang :)
